§ 1 Scope
These terms and conditions of Setnetz GmbH apply to all business relationships in the field of rental services and technical services.
§ 2 Formation of Contract
Quotations are non-binding. A binding contract is only concluded upon written order confirmation.
§ 3 Prices
All prices are net of VAT and apply per rental day.
§ 4 Payment
Invoices are due within 14 days of issue without deduction.
§ 5 Return
Equipment must be returned clean and complete. Damage will be invoiced.
§ 6 Retention of Title
All rented items remain the property of Setnetz GmbH. Sub-letting is not permitted without written consent.
§ 7 Jurisdiction
Place of jurisdiction is Halstenbek. German law applies.
